Where to start fishing
Let's start with how and where to pump a fisherman.
In fact, pumping a fisherman is easier than pumping other gatherers. You should have no difficulty with it.
The first way: If you have enough silver or can donate it, buy about 50 T8 rods and use them to pump up a fisherman to T6. Then pump up to T7.
The second way: Buy a rod, a pie and go to the blue location. Catch a few fish and you will have a T4 fisherman.
Then do the same in the yellow locations and you will have a T5 fisherman.
After this you can pump where it suits you best. Personally, I have been pumping T5 fisherman in yellow zones for 2-3 hours. Then my friend helped me and bought 150 sturgeons, I used them and reached T6 fisherman.
What to bring
Bring a fishing rod and a fishing set, which you will use to fish and earn money.
During the events you can take cakes, which increase the experience for catching fish - I advise you to use them.
Don't forget to take the T7 cake and the T7 fishing log. Why T7 log? Because they have a high market demand and are relatively easy to fill.
For bait I usually use T3 - one bait lasts for 10 uses.
From the mounts you can choose deer, elk, wild boar or salamander.
Don't forget to take Fort's cape to make it harder for the ganks to catch you, and a weapon for mobility so you can run away in case of danger. Personally, I use a sharp pole and have had no trouble so far.
Where to fish
My favourite fishing spot is Avalon. You can fish there in peace without having to worry about large groups of players like you do in normal locations.
In Avalon you can find a T8 site with several ponds where the chance of encountering a gang is minimal.
T7 bass is the main fish that can be caught in Avalon, and there is no competition from cheaper fish, so the process is more profitable.
How much you can earn from fishing
For example, on T6-T7 you can catch eels for around 200-300k silver in 30 minutes in normal locations.
On a bad day you can catch around 500k or 1 million silver.
In Avalon, I caught fish worth 2 million silver in 30 minutes on a T7 fisherman. On average, you can earn 1.5-2 million silver per hour on T7 fisherman.
Useful tips
The first tip is that the number of fish in a spot corresponds to the number of fish you can catch.
The second is that when you catch a bait, you can immediately tell whether you have caught a fish, a rock or a log. If the fish doesn't swim backwards, it's a rock or a log.
The third trick - the bait will allow you to catch fish even if the water body has run out of spots, but if you start catching rocks or logs, it's time to change the spot.
I hope this guide has been helpful.
